Items purchased online at auclairgloves.com can be submitted for warranty review within 1 year from the date of purchase.
For warranty related issues on items purchased directly from auclairgloves.com, please contact Auclair Sports at ecommerce@parisglove.com and provide pictures of the item to be warrantied, a brief description of the issue and copy of the original receipt. Please do not send damaged or defective items back to Auclair Sports
Approval of all warranty issues are at the discretion of customer service for Auclair Sports.
Defective items that fall under Auclair's warranty policy will be replaced with the same item free of charge, if that item is no longer available, we will attempt to replace it with a similar item or will offer you a credit of same value towards another item.
We do not accept exchanges, you can however, request to return your items as per the return policy.

At Auclair we stand behind the quality of our products, the quality of our people and we believe in customer satisfaction.
If our product doesn't perform for you, we'll take it back.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with the original tags attached.
An approved return will be fully refunded, excluding the original shipping cost.
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color or style please return your order as described below and place a new order for the correct item.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
If a product is damaged or defective, please provide a picture of the item in the email to returns@parisglove.com
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service as quickly as possible at 1 (800) 363-2237 . If the order status is still in process, we will be able to cancel it.
If you need to contact us outside of our business hours, please send an email to ecommerce@parisglove.com and write in the subject of the email « CANCELLATION OF ORDER #0012345 ».
Please note that we ship the majority of our orders within 24 hours. If the order that you wish to cancel has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel it.
